Ok I don't have a cook book in front of me right now but I know one of the ingedients of egg nog is some sort or dairy (moo juice). Ok, do everything else the same as making regular egg-nog except: Simmer the moo juice in a pan with a whole bunch of crumbled-up weed. This is a good use for shwag. Simmer for 45 min, then strain the mixture through a cotton t-shirt (or festive cotton panties with pictures of Santa on them) into another container. The liquid now contains the THC. Discard the plant material. Now cool the happy milk and use it to make egg nog. How much to use: test smoke the pot. If it takes like lets say 1 gram to get you high and you're gonna make enough egg nog for 6 people, use 6 grams, adjust accordingly.
First of all, it's not called frying. It's called sauteing(sp). You heat the milk up so it's hot but not quite boiling.
That must be the worst tasting shit ever... Id also reccomend using more than 1 gram per person...Once I made brownies and used 1.5g per person, of really dank bud (high with like 1/4g, smoked) , and i really didnt get the effect I expected. Kinda like the high off a pinner, but lasting longer. 2-2.5g might be the way to go, 3.5g for mids...
your THC-extracting (cooking) process may be flawed and/or not yielding maximum efficiency. i make brownies with 1g of pretty mediocre pot per serving and i can't eat more than 1/2 of the brownie without pretty much losing control of my muscles. 1/2 gets me high for a good 8+ hours. and the time i ate an entire one, i was definately tripping, lost most of my muscular control, and nearly blacked out (something that i've experienced only once before--from eating way too much weed). oh yeah, and i've also given servings to my major stoner friends and they were completely fried out of their gords off 2/3 of a brownie--only one guy out of about 5 or 6 was able to keep a fairly coherent conversation, but i suspect it was because he was ADHD and on stimulant medication... and ranger danger, how do you saute milk? do you mean simmer in a pot? that's what i would do. milk will extract thc, but i'd also throw in a tiny bit of butter or ghee or something fatty... the weed will tend to float on the surface as will oil/butter.
I've used both a pot and a saute pan (like a frying pan). Ghee is butter with THC already in it. Anyway, milk has oil (milkfat), and I'd recommendwhole milk. A popular drink in India is bhang--milk and marijuana heated then strained. I agree with PurpleGel. Done right you get just as stoned as with smoking it off equal amt's.
Heres another festive recipie - Ultimate mulled wine. 1/8 of weed 1 carton smooth style orange juice 2 bottles of smooth red wine such as Merlot 1 orange 1 lemon 1 cinnamon stick fresh nutmeg pinch of mixed spice 6 cloves 1 vanilla pod 1/2 small liquorice stick 1 huge stock pan 1 muslin cloth pour the wine and orange juice into the pan and add a good pinch of mixed spice. Cut the orange and lemon into to quaters and add them at the same time. gently warm the mix but dont bring to the boil. put all the other ingredients into a muslin cloth and tie tightly. put the pouch into the pan and bring to a slow simmer. Turn the heat right down and leave to infuse for about 2 hours. You now have a very potent very delicious festive hot mulled wine. Ladel dircetly from the pan into large wine glasses and enjoy!
it most certainly is not. ghee is a type of clarified butter most often used in east indian foods. you can buy jars of ghee in most grocery stores. i've heard butter with THC in it referred to as "cannabutter" and "ganjabutter" before, but never ghee.
