Just be what you want to be, combine, whatever, no rules on things like that except what you WANT to be.

i think 4+ years is long enough. i loved him fully. i still love him. i'd give him the world if I could. But I dont want to know him cause his smile hurts my heart.
How old are you? just out of curiousity. it really has little to do with this thread.

Well don't it that litteral. I don't mean no rules at all, some things need rules to keep things pleasant, I realise that. But I mean no rules on what you want to be. Don't pin me down on my words trying to seem like an arrogant smart-ass.

I concur. Don't go out of your way to experience pain...that's more of a goth or emo thing than a hippy thing, and I know that's very trendy now, but I don't think pain, or depression, for that matter, should be romanticised. To my mind, "hippyness" is the antithesis of that. Just be happy, be confortable, don't feel trapped in an identity, or rather try not to feel like you have to have an identity I guess. But then we are on a "Hippy" board. Oh, the big philosophical black holes.
