    "Intelligent design fails in court."

So it turns out that teaching religion is school is unconstitutional.
Looks like they're gonna stick to science, huh?

I hope the SC doesn't decide to change that.

We're talking about the american legal system. I'm sure reason had nothing to do with it.

    Must be a miracle.

    ^lol

This case probably wont go to the supreme court (I don't think anyone will appeal the decision) so it probably won't get overturned, but it's also not binding or precedent setting being just a small district.

Probably the most confused Judgement I ever heard.
Incidently, this is not a case of a decision ON whether or not ID is already a position held by an increasing number of Scientists.
Its a decision to withhold that information from students.

Dont worry... there is gonna be all kinds of legal manouvering and back and forth tests and trials for a while.
Probably about 4-5 years before student will be allowed to know about progressive scientific discovery.

Look at it this way.. in the 80s.. I repeat, up until the 80s, my textbooks laughably still had Embryonic Capitulation in them.
    I shit you not!
This was what.. 40 years AFTER the fraudster was charged with defrauding science with that garbage.

So by the time students are allowed to know about ID they will be still doing better with textbooks only 20 years behind the times.
By then Evolutionism is deader than Darwin anyways.

Well for a little longer, the science that supports censorship, will be able to keep up, their coverup. As you know, they must filter the facts, to keep their theory afloat. Certainly in the land of the free, open debate cannot be allowed when pushing your pet theory. They won a battle, the war is just beginning. Intelligent design failed in court, yet in the latest CNN poll, 53% of Americans believe it should be taught in the schools.

What about that theory that says we are all on an alien supercomputer...

They're realizing how silly the evolution theory is so they have to move on to this. They could believe that God created them, but they don't want to be accountable for their sins.

ID Theory doesn't even speculate 'what' or 'who' the ID is.
    Its not interested.
It could be Alien beings for all ID cares.

The judge is just as bloody confused as the AntiScience evolutionist pitting their faith (naturalism) against science (ID).
He agree to censor student from knowing that ID is already an established theory because... (wait for this) .. because he believes that religious people ALSO believe in ID and therefore... wtf?

Its too bad that wont be Appealed because any Lawyer worth his diploma could overturn that Judges crap opinion and 'No.. because of what it 'Might' help in some other case'.

Hilarious though.. have you guys been hearing the Media Puppets scamming this up with Orwellian 'thinkspeak'?
    'Faith Vs Science'
    'Faith Vs Fact'
    'Christian Conservatives are trying to...'
Even a STUPID 'propaganda' clip from a Televangelist Pat 'Kook' Robertson to make it 'look like' he is what ID is about and part of.

The sad part is the brainwashing works like a charm every time. Judges and people like Libertine suck it up every single time and ask for seconds.

The good news is that students can use the internet to decide for themselves at sites like (just example) www.trueorigins.org
Unfortunately the Anti-ID webmasters have been gangbanging the internet and making 'seemsalike' websites to keep people from finding the ID Websites.

    Hahahahahah! Very well said!

In reply to the bolded text:

I'm sure you also acknowledge that Christianity has done the same thing, for far longer, no?

Also, the majority of Americans are also Christian. Does it not make sense that Christians want Christianity taught in schools?

I think it's something like 30% or something. I'm too lazy to look it up though. But don't get me started on disproving evolution, cuz you'll never win.

    http://abcnews.go.com/sections/us/DailyNews/beliefnet_poll_010718.html

"Eighty-three percent of Americans identify themselves as Christians. Most of the rest, 13 percent, have no religion. That leaves just 4 percent as adherents of all non-Christian religions combined — Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and a smattering of individual mentions."

And ... I think I will get you started on disproving evolution. I think I can win. =)

Edit: Wait. Evolution is a theory, it isn't proven to start with ... it doesn't need my defense. It's a theory.

2nd Edit: In retrospect, perhaps it is highly unwise to trust ABC as a reliable news source.

    You're right.

It means that they believe themselves to be Christians.

Reference: "Eighty-three percent of Americans identify themselves as Christians."

In reality, I bet less than 1% of them are actually true Christians.

Well, okay, here goes. No one has ever found a missing link. There have been a lot of supposed missing links that have turned out being anything from 100% monkey to people with skeletal problems to hoaxes to pig teeth. Nowhere on earth can the supposed geologic columb be found in the right order. In fact in one place it's compleatly upside down. The second law of thermodynamics says things get worse over time. Evolution tells us that life improved from a gook to humans. Almost any mutations that occur are harmfull to the orginism not improvements. The missing links would be unable to survive. For example, a walking mammal turning into a bat would have legs too winglike to walk and too leglike to fly, so it would die off. For there to be a big bang there would have to be something there to explode. Evolution relies on spontainous gereration, which was disproved a long time ago.

Oh geez.. DISproving evolutionism and its even stupid 'neo' forms is not just easy it really is exhausting since virtually every single part of it is so beyond stupid and unlikely and virtually impossible that you need years to discuss each stupid one of them.

The ONLY reason anyone thinks that piece of crap story is 'science' is because the Ministry of ThoughSpeak has so monopolised the textbooks and propaganda outlets like AE, Discover Channel etc - people just believe what they are told.
Then again, you do get some real half-wits (i seriously mean that btw.. Half Witted) who actually do buy it.

At this point I dont believe a single evolutionist is actually defending their faith anymore becuase they 'actually believe it'!

At this point, my absolute favourite piece on this has to be Bearfabriques pov on the whole thing.
    http://www.bearfabrique.org/evorants/evoUltimatestupidity.html

    My favourite Excerpt:
Evolution has been so thoroughly discredited at this point that you assume nobody is defending it because they believe in it anymore, and that they are defending it because they do not like the prospects of having to defend or explain some aspect of their lifestyles to God, St. Peter, Muhammed...

To these people I say, you've still got a problem. The problem is that evolution, as a doctrine, is so overwhelmingly STUPID that, faced with a choice of wearing a sweatshirt with a scarlet letter A for Adulteror, F for Fornicator or some such traditional design, or a big scarlet letter I for IDIOT, you'd actually be better off sticking with one of the traditional choices because, as Clint Eastwood noted in The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly:

    God hates IDIOTS, too!
