You can't "build" DD-boobs, tho' + they're usually too big. Personally I prefer a B-C-up... Some D-DD's are good, but it's too much!

Me, I'm 250, stocky as hell, but i keep a bit of belly fat for what I was talking about, nothing hanging over my belt, just a belly, other than that I am pretty solid. Besides, dont see any reason to run from the cops, and I have enough weight to throw around, might be able to fight em off lol =P

I like guys really big, and I like women tiny, like 5 foot 110lbs. BUT those are just based on physical likes only, that isnt a hard rule. I know several women with a little meat and shape on em, and i think its beautiful. Hell, i just like women.
diet is way more important than situps. my weight sits at about 126lb's and im nearly 6foot, damn thats low. but you think with low body fat + the fact i do around 70-100 situps every morning this year id have a 6pack at least showing when i tense. not true, my diets horrible meaning its really hard, i can barely see them but its like a rock or maybe..im just wierd!
If you want to get them to grow (rather than tone) try doing one or more of the following: 1. Incline situps. More power than endurance than standard. 2. Above, holding small weights next to your ears. 3. Hang on a bar with you legs (upside down, preferably with another bar next to it) and do full inverted pullups. They hurt. A lot.
i tried incline situps at my local gym, but i dont go there that often, im trying to find a good household item i possess to hold my weight in the desired position lol, and i cant exactly tip either of the beds in my room >_> i tried crunches for a while, burned like hell
Your body fat has to be below 12% or so. Not an easy thing to do. Working out your abs will help but from what I've ready your abs don't increase very much in size.
I'm skinny as hell, but still can't seem to get any abs. =\ At 5'10" 120-125 lbs. (Depending on the day) it's kinda sad. I mean, you can see the line around where my abdomnial muscles end, but not the abs individually. I suppose I'm just scrawny in general though.
Damn, I think that might just be your problem. I'm no nutritionist but I'd have to say that 120-125 is too light for someone 5'10. You can have a low percentage of body fat and still be relatively heavy. There are charts that tell you what range your weight should be in for your height. I'm 5'6" and my range is 130 something to 160 something. Oh yeah genetics is always a factor too. As far as i know another person the same height and weight as you might in fact have defined abs.
I hate 6-packs, I think they're disgusting. I'd rather have a slightly skinny guy or a slightly chubby guy over a muscular guy any day. Most of my friends agree. I want to be able to feel your muscles, but if I can see them, that's gross. I think a super muscular dude is to a chick what a super skinny chick is to a dude. It's like gross, unnatural, overkill.
Do I think 6 packs are sexy as hell? Yeah, definitely. But it is not a big factor for me, if it's even a factor at all. It's more of a bonus.
You have to have below 10% body fat to get a 6 pack, you can do all the abdominal workouts you want, but you'll never get to see them if there's still fat sitting over the top. Actually you wanna know a really good abs workout, while your fucking a chick doggy style, once you start cumming, lean back and really contract your abdominal muscles, this should be kinda natural anyway, but you can exaggerate it. And girls should appreciate guys with a 6 pack, you work hard enough for it, it's nice when others can enjoy it too. Some guys are over the top though, my friend will try and show off his 6 pack any chance he gets.
