I Never Expected This

    so i was driving around with my friends, and my friend got pulled over and we all had weed and two pieces on us and i almost shit my pants. and my friend didnt have his six months up. the cop didnt search the car but he got my name and birthday down. scary shit.

    if it happens again, and he does ask to search you, i bleeve its your right to say no

    i believe it is too. unless the cop smells marijuana and is trained to identify it...or if you leave it out and they see it...

    You can say no regardless...even if he has probable cause...because if he does go ahead, and it turns out the cause doesn't stand up in court, all the evidence is null and void

    On top of it, it's safe to say no...the easiest way to say no is to say it before he asks by going, "Sir, if I am not under arrest or otherwise detained, I have a curfew and must be home in 15 minutes" (It also helps if you got pulled over for speeding haha) and if it's not late enough, just say my mom needs me home, or I'm going to work soon...something.

    If all fails, realize that's just part of going against the grain...you get splinters
