you can take asprin and tylenol together? Please help the cold medicine im taking has tylonel in it but it's not enough to do anything/

yes, you can. you can mix drugs that arent the same. some med. bottles (not all) even tell you that but the doctor told me that before and it makes sense.

tylenol, and asperin to my knoweldge are ok. but not recomended. if you get a stomach ache stop mixing it.


dont mix advil ( ibuprofen) with anything, reacts with a lot of other drugs.

thanks both of them together and an ambien made me feel quite a bit better and almost ready for bed even though I slept all day long...I just wanna sleep more so I don't feel yucky. Pus, I broke out with this really weird rash this afternoon around my ears, the side of my face and on my neck...weird

Tylenol (ACAP) and Asprin are completly different chemicals, and taking
them together is alright.

In any case you should never take more then a gram (1000 mg) of either in 12 hours. Ibuprofen is like a non-asprin, and is safe to combine with asprin, but you should not take more then a gram combined of the too because both carry a risk of blood thinning, and stomach problems such as ulcers, and taking more then a thousand MG will probably make you sick.

In fact Excedrin is a combiniation of ACAP and asprin. It's all I take when I get a headache, I don't have patcience for that crap.
