mmm, it's been awhile since I devoured a good Swiss cheese. I prefer mozza though, for most applications. cheedar's a good staple, but nothing to write home over

 

I dunno, Cheddars nice because it's so versatile.

I've gotta stay true to my Southwest roots, pepper jack all the way.
