Fun on the slopes....

Allow me to present our ghetto-fabulous winter fun pics!

Our journey begins with a picnic table in the garden, obscene amounts of snow....and a baby bathtub!






They had a blast.....

 

Next up is the snow castle, complete with sagging turrets...and landscaped with a genuine icicle from under the eaves....
4L ice cream pails make excellent brick forms...

Holy cow. Look at all that snow! If I had to guess, I'd say you live in Buffalo, or someplace that has a lake effect.

definitely looks like good times.. i wish i could go sledding.. too much freaking work..

 

I live right on Lake Ontario (Canadian side ) so yep, we get lake effect. We got more snow in one day that we usually get for all of December...so we might as well put it to good use..

 

I've lived in those kinds of areas before, so I know what lake effect is like. You folks know how to enjoy it, though.
