Why is it that in this day and age of all the technological and medical advances, are women still forced to choose from so many lame options for Birth control? I cant take the pill. For years, my husband I thought the rhythm method was working, then we were blessed with twins when I was 25! Well, that worked out fine... Now, Im 34 and given so few options, I tried the IUD (copper to avoid the hormones that I cant take).......had it removed and asked the Dr, WHY is the burden on women (OK, I admit it, dumb question!) Anyway, he says, FAIR is just another four letter F-word! Haha, would be funny if it wasnt my life! While I was waiting to see him, there were 3 posters up notifying patients that he would no longer be prescribing certain types of pills b/c of irreversible bone density loss, heart problems, blood clots etc....Aslo one about some implant.... Theres gotta be something they arent telling us! peace and planned pregnancies!
yo! mama check out www.woomb.org and tellme what you think.... it's really nice to go natural, and know when you are fertile and when you are not....so sometimes you gotta hold off, who gets it when they want it anyway?....besides it really is better this way...Anticipation !
Yeah. Notice she mentioned she did that. And had not one, but TWO kids. Looks like that whole "natural" thing doesn't work.
RE: I went today and had it removed and asked the Dr, WHY is the burden on women (OK, I admit it, dumb question!) A question of biology. Evolution has made the human male EXTREMELY adept at making more seed regardless of the biochemical assault against it. There's a pre-existing off-switch in women in terms of getting pregnant.
