Someone help me with a scene from 'Closer'

The 2004 movie Closer with Jude Law and Natalie Portman. It's the second to last scene when Jude Law is walking along the sidewalk and he comes upon a wall of memorials or something like that and focuses on one section. I wasn't paying close enough attention to begin reading it before the scene was over. I just want to know what it said. I don't want to have to rent the movie just to find out what was inscribed on the wall. By the way, if you haven't seen this movie, it's awsome.

 

oh it was something like.. Dan (Jude) saw Alice's (Natalie) name on that wall and realized that when he had asked her for her name she had just picked one off that wall. Her real name was Jane
