just curious my knee started feeling toght yesterday and today i can barely walk. its hurts, but more than that it feels tight. im afraid to go walking anywhere. this sucks, because i was planning on beinning my running training next week. i've never had this happen before and can't think of anything that could have caused it (i've been pretty sedintary, studying for finals). what the hecks goin on?
is it getting cold out? when its cold out, the cold air adds more pressure on your joints and muscles and what not. my right knee hurts because of the cold here, but then again i had knee surgery already. maybe do some stretching out, specifically for the knee...that always helps me out. i just do the stretches i did in rehab and i feel better afterwards.
