How many of you stretch and which stretches are your favorite?

I just learned some new ones on Thanksgiving (yes I worked out on thanksgiving). I'd like to find some more non traditional ones. :) thanks everyone.

I don't stretch enough, is that a fair answer?
Stretching takes about 20 minutews to do right so I don't do it ofen at all

My Favorite stretches, the ones I actualy DO throught the day are, Head rolling, Raising both arms over head inter locking fingers (press up and hold) and "the candle stick" you lie on your upper back and straighten your legs so the magority of your body is Vertical. And the Cobra

See, I just do basic towel stretches right now, and then I stretch my calves every time I work them because I lift like 200lbs on the calf raises, so I have to stretch them or I will be crying for a week! And then sometimes I break out the yoga book and do some of those poses, though I'm certain I'm doing them wrong. hehehe.

i usually do a bunch of dynamic stretching and some static stetches before i work out or do some sport. i can't just do static stretches and be loose.

Dynamic stretching is better than static.

Don't stretch too much - you want a bit more than range of motion you need for your task but no more. With flexibility comes the ability to wrench the joint.
