k, so im trying to make a pipe. i think wood is the best way to go. I've never actually owned a pipe before cause i usually smoke joints, so im not sure about the whole detailed making of it. if anyone can help me, or find maybe a diagram or whatever that describes the parts and stuff on how to make it..greatly appreciated
well if you want to make a wood pipe you have to be good with wood shop machines and such but if you want to make a metal piece theres alot of household things to put together...just look in the garage and use your imagination...
I carved a not so pretty lil spoon rather easily, it worked, it was small, but then I bought a new glass piece, and abandoned the wooden one. Follow a guide online for making hand carved wooden spoons, only do a few slight modifications to turn it into a pipe. Drilling a hole down the handle, and making the end part more designed to hold weed. Unless you are realy hung up on the idea of "pipe" I would recommend a Chillium, as it would be easier to carve. http://smokingpipes.highpointdesigns.com/wood-chillums.html
im not much for wood pipes.. but just look around for household items... possibilitys are endless... Everything I look at now a days I figure a way to make it into a bong.. its actually quite enjoyable making bongs + pipes.. anywho good luck
i made a pipe out of a block of wood. you take one of those thing, not sure what its called, its like a chisel (Spelling?) with a curved tip so it scoops instead of chiseling away. and you use that to scoop out a bowl. then drill a hole which connects to the bowl. id show you a picture of mine but i dont have a camera...
it'd be pretty easy to make a wood one if u have access to tools. i've had 3 metal ones that i've made myself outta stuff i found around the house. and i can't even count how many bongs i've made outta pop cans, and water bottles
After you do that, all you should do is widdle away at the block till u get sometin shaped more like a pipe, and less like a block of wood. What I've found helps alot, is to use a tree branch to carve the bowl. Make a nice hole on the surface of one, drill a hole from the end to come into contact with the bowl. Drill a chock, and then thin out the rest of the branch to make it more pipe-ishk.
