I've just been getting really into a new band called Particle...sort of the new trancey-jam stuff.

Kaki King is great...has a weird vibe about her.

Keller Williams..is there anything this guy can't do?

Primus-They sort of scare the living piss out of me. But I'm sort of drawn to it.

Nightmares On Wax-Have a weird feel, sort of mix jazz, soul, and hip-hop.

Modest Mouse- I heard Float On on MTV. Really catchy. But they have a lot of other stuff that shows a lot of good promise. Too damn catchy.

I have recently discovered Acoustic Syndicate. Man these guys jam. Bluegrass Mandolin and Phish like jams. I hear they throw a mean festival at a place called Green Acres in North Carolina, but I have yet to attend.

Well, they did originate in France as "Mano Negra"... and France is relatively close to you.

While, Honduras is a whole world away.

They do have lovely music, yet... alot of the idea is missed by the ones who do not understand the language, the lyrics are very fitting to the music.

I have no idea what his songs are all about, but as I've heard on the news when they performed in Slovenia - they're pro-drugs (or just marijuana?) legalisation, and that's about everything I know about him, and I've got that live album called Radio Bemba or something like this.

    They're French?
I always thought they were spanish for some reason.

Check out SKA-P, I think you'd like them; they're Spanish, and their ska music is very popular on the punk scene here in Slovenia, it's too bad I can't understand anything, but they sing about real issues, or so I was told, I can't say anything for sure...

    Love,
    Borut

I was introduced to the Mahavishnu Orchestra via their album BIRDS OF FIRE. I then got Apocalypse...talk about possessed, inspired guitar.....

And then I listened to John M.'s work with Santana. Those were the glory days, peeps....

My greatest, and newest, music discovery was last year at school. We have this really good band called Adrenaline ( subject for change since they change the name more than their own underwear!!). The singer, the drummer and the bassist are all stunning( and unfortunately spoken for) and the bassist and the drummer are brothers( Kerr and Robbie Brogan). I think they are gonna be HUGE! They have won so many battle of the band contests its untrue and they have some proper gigs lined up - including one at the SECC in Glasgow!!! They are kinda lostprophetsy/incubusy type stuff i s'pose. Munky ( Craig Morris), the singer, has a truly AMAZING voice. It actually gives me shivers down my spine when i hear him, and his stage prescence is amazing!! So, Adrenaline are my newest, and greatest, musical discovery. I would advise everyone to keep an eye out for them in the next few years or so.

    peace and love to all
