1. The Hipforums announces it first ever fundraiser. After nearly 30 years online, we must ask our members and guests to help support the website. Thanks to years of ongoing financial support of our members, advertisers and volunteer admin staff, we have been able to keep the forums alive.

Now we must ask for help as available funds have all been used for our Internet server and other fees.

So please donate any amount to our PayPal account donate@Hipforum.com to keep the site going. If we can get enough for a few months fees, we won't need to nag you again!

I just contracted herpes libialis on the lips from my partner of 10 years. His is dorment. He got it from his exgirlfriend who had it so bad that she had to be homeschooled in winter becuase of the severe swelling on the face and lips.

I have been suffering from this constant itch that won't seem to go away. My doctor gave my antibiotics to stop the spread of infection. So far it has kept my swelling down. But the itchiness is killing me. I need some advice how to get rid of the itch. I can't eat. I am sad and angry at my husband. The worst part about it is I am 2 months pregnant and suffer not only from what he gave me but also I am going through gruesome pregnancy symptoms as well. I kicked him out of the house last night as soon as I found out he was the one who gave me this suffering virus. What should I do?????????? Please help me, anyone. Please.

as for the itching I was going to suggest benadryl but you can't take that until you are past 14 weeks. I am really sorry about what you are going through. Did he keep it hidden the whole time until you got it? I really don't know what to say to help you. But as hard as this sounds.. you can't get yourself too worked up while you are pregnant. You might talk to a counselor or somebody like that to help you work through your feelings so that you aren't causing unintentinal harm to the baby due to the things you are going through. I dunno if any of this will help but it is worth a shot.
