right now im studying wuthering heights for english and i have an assessment coming up but im not sure how to approach it and what to mention in the essay. these are the two possible essay questions i will recieve: 1. 'through fiction, composers represent and readers respond to worlds that would otherwise be closed to them.' how effectively does wuthering heights represent a particular world and its values? in your answer, you should consider its reception in a variety of historical contexts. AND.... 2. "responses to a novel vary as much as readers vary". as a twenty first century person in australian society, explain how your response to wuthering heights is similar or different from those of other critics you have read. i would just like to know how to structure an essay for these questions and what i should mention about the themes of the novel. any help with this will be greatly appreciated!!!!
