Five days ago I made the decision to go Vegetarian, and I haven't looked back since. I've thought about it for a long time, and finally decided to just do it. But, I want to make sure I do it the right way so I am healthy, and able to stick with it. I need some tips, recipes, good things to snack on that will give me my protein, and some advice. What are some good meals to eat that contain protein..and are actually good? ! Also, are there any things to snack on that will be healthy and contain not just protein, but a lot of the things I'll lack from meat? Anything you have would be great

if you dont' already, start having lots more whole-grain foods... iron is more important than the protein you're losing, especially as a woman, so make sure you get enough
