My kids are a bit older, just am not getting into the online set up yet, so I'm off to sell my crafts at some festivals/shows, etc this summer and spring.
I used to sell things way back when, but on a blanket on the ground -

so I need advice on wear to get display stuff, a canopy, and any suggestions on what you know you need and don't need? I sell jewelry, some framed art and wall hangings.

while I'm at it any festivals you would recommend that is worth the travel time (I live on the east coast of USA)

    Thanks ladies!:p

I got my canopy at K-mart or wal-mart, but you can find nice ones on-line with zip on/off sides. I used a stick to display my necklaces on, a nice big one with lots of branches on it, I hung it from the canopy it look cool, people really liked how it looked.

the Roo is expensive, tho. First year out, maybe co-op a booth.
Paul and I have an EZ Up, I'd like to have sides, but he cares not.
we weave a mesh for the sides and hang items on the mesh. We will get the sail effect, so weights are a great idea. I see PVC tubes with concrete, sand bags, we use LOTS of water jugs so that the carrying home is not as bad.
