Ok guys, in all complete honestly, who didnt love The Littlest Hobo. Like what a message. This vagabond german shepard, who wants nothing in the world other than to help out guys down on their luck lol. My earliest memory is watching that pup walk down a road with the theme somg playin' in the background.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll find what I call home. Until tomorrow, you know I'm free to roam

    Ahh.. memories.

I like it, it's a cute show. I'm a sucker for shows with dogs as their primary character.

Wow. I'm surprised to hear people talking about his movie. It's kind of obscure.

This was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid, I even named my german shepeard Hobo because of it.

I can remember the music to the theme song, but only bits of the lyrics.

"A'driftin', the world is my home...."

Are you talking about the original with Jan Micheal Vincent? Or did they do a remake?

ahha...I never acctually watched an episode, but I remember my little sister watching it on ShowCase when they used to carry itearly in the morning. It was either 22 Minutes or Air Farce that spooed it and called it "Canada's Murder She Wrote, but we couldnt afford the old lady"

Haha, and on an episode of Corner Gas this year, a german sheppard showed up and Hank thought it was the Hobo, twas great...they played the theme as the closing credits...

man, that theme is so classic, I think I am going to go download it

Yup. there was a movie with jan Micheal Vincent when he was maybe 16, so the movie itself must have been made in the early to mid 60s.

Same theme; a frieght train hopping german shepeard (not a collie), traveling around helping people.

Like I said it's a pretty obscure movie, which is why I was surprised to hear people talking about it (didn't know there was a TV show on the same theme now).

2 TV shows...or at least 2 TV theme songs...

The 1963 with the line [or somethign like it] that Naykid posted. The one from the 70's with the "Maybe Tomorrow" theme, and a movie that has it's own theme song too [and the line that Naykid posted is also in it]
