Is it true that they must wear seatbelts at dinnertime or at any other time or else they would fall down up?

 

That's a myth actually. A few hundred years ago, they had to strap themselves down. (Australians invented S&M). Now that just tie Helium balloons to themselves so that they are pulled up down.
