To like a freshman when you're a Senior? I mean, it's definitely iffy and risky, given that I now reached the statutory rape level and there's a three years difference, but- We're both guys and people tend to only focus on that with a younger female dating an older guy, plus he doesn't really look like a freshman. He's a little taller than me and he kinda relates to my maturity level, so.... What do you think based on these circumstances, despite his age that could conflict with his level of maturity? It's also a little difficult because he's not like openly gay. In fact, I'm just getting the feel that he's gay, so nothing's definite. I don't wanna make it seem like I am the culprit to "corrupting" his mind, as people tend to look at it. After all, a three years age difference may not seem like a lot but as a teenager when you're experiencing all of this growth crap, it makes a big difference.
When I was a freshy my first ever boyfriend was a senior, I loved him very much and i dont see anything wrong with dating an older or younger guy.
I'm tempted to say go for it, but I would also go very cautiously and carefully. You don't sound too sure that he's gay, and that could be a problem.
all depends on him--if you are pretty sure he's into it, you really should just go for it. it doesn't matter what other people might think, unless of course they can prove you two are in a sexual relationship and the d.a. gets involved, then you can get sued. but if you take it casually and he's comfortable with it, there is probably nothing to fear.
not sure where you are from, but your being a senior you are probably 18 or close to it and if he is a freshman he's 14/15. If y'all did anything, even if it was consensual, your being a "legal" adult and his being a minor, you could be labled a sex offender for life. I'm not trying to scare you away, but be cautious about the legal ramifications. I know my first time was with a senior and I was a freshman. it was thrilling to get bagged by a senior, my friends were jealous about having a senior as a friend. They didn't know about the fringe benefits I was getting. ;-) Just be careful and enjoy.
