this guy should not have nuclear weapons, which is why the EU are bringing this to the attention of the UN security council, we cannoy have such awful threats in international politics.

I'd say just dump the zionists in the ocean and let them get some packs of sand with them to create an island. I see no reason why Israel should exist, nor why they should oppress other people, and neither to see Jews being discriminated. If they want a nation they might get an island. Like LOST. Actually that goes to all religious nations.

But realistically, Ahmadinejad has a point. If Germany and Austria feel responsible, why not give them part of their soil.

 

Having nukes wont stop your scenario if one was so determined Gilligan. Getting rid of the stockpiles and the infrastructure on a universal basis would indeed make further attempts readily identifiable with currently available satellite surveillance. Or do you perhaps believe that one could weaponise uranium in a bathtub?

The thing is Point I really had thought you had moved on from this – if I may say - rather juvenile belief in absolutes, Yes or No, black or white, good or evil.

Should Iran or Ahmadinejad (somehow personally) have nuclear weapons, well hell no.

But as I thought you had begun to grasp (and if you had stuck around last time this question came up you might even have understood) things in the real world are just not that simple.

I said the last time that this came up you needed to try and see things from the Iranian leadership point of view and if I remember right you went boo sucks and ran away, well maybe you won’t act like a child and stay and debate the issue?

Iran and the US, have a history, an Anglo-American plot overthrow the legitimate government and installed the rather brutal regime of the Shah. The US supported that regime in all it torture and murder. A popular revolution overthrow the Shah and (unluckily) the mad mullahs gained power. Since then US policy has been working toward toppling that regime (and as many Iranians believed or still do believe re-install another Shah). This policy led the US to assist Saddam to invade and to continue with one of the most costly wars of the region the Iraq-Iran conflict in which it is argued that from 1.5 to 3 million people died.

For these reasons many people in Iran especially the older ones hate and fear the US. They have also been educated to hate Americans and Jews by schoolroom indoctrination and public propaganda (just as American’s were taught to hate communists).

The leadership and many Iranians believe the US has had a loaded gun pointed at them for nearly 30 year and now they have a US dominated Afghanistan on one side and a US dominated Iraq on the other. Do you think you would be nervous?

Then there is the thing that is obvious to everyone, there is one place that the US would have like to get rid of for years and also calls ‘evil’, North Korea. What does North Korea have that Iraq didn’t have?

Should the Iranian regime have the bomb hell no, can I understand why they might want the bomb hell yes.

Do I like the mad mullahs hell no, do I think that US foreign policy has helped the situation, well I think you would have to be a fucking moron to think it has, but put forward an argument and lets see if it stands up to scrutiny?

I hate the extremists on both sides the people that want to drive the Jews into the sea and those that wish to ‘transfer’ all the non-Jews out of ‘Greater Israel”.

theres no answer. what ever america and its allies have decided will be apparent soon. whatever iran and its allies do in response to a surprise attack will also be apparent. i feel that what we are being told and what is actually happening are two different things. my feeling are that america is about to launch war on iran and the iranians are trying to stall that attack with some fiery rhetoric. of course "un" sanctions will be seen as open warfare. its all going to be very messy, just console yourself with the thought that someone is going to get very rich from this war.

 

What difference does it make if Iran has nuclear weapons? Half the planet has them, and eventually they'll probably kill us all.

Regardless of what I (or anyone) think of the leader of Iran, his point is completely valid. Why did Europe, if it felt so fucking guilty, decide to toss a bunch of people off their land and hand it over to European Jews? Why not give them part of Europe? The answer, of course, is obvious, so I won't even bother. Anyone stupid enough not to know doesn't deserve to.

Anywhos, the situation there is hard to understand, it's been going on for five-thousand years fer chrissake.
I always thought that the Jews should have gotten control over central-germany and berlin, it would have formed a buffer zone between the allies, wasn't really worth much (kindof a fixer-uper), and would have avoided all the berlin-induced crisis over the years.
But hey, hind sight is 20-20, and the Jews really did just move there in droves when Israel was a British colony, then the brits pulled out and the shit hit the fan.
I don't think that anyone in the middle east should posess nukes, personally, it's just that 200 year old grudges and modern weaponry don't mix too well.

 

Why don't you go ahead and enlighten us anyway.

 

Also, the Iranian dude advocated moving Irsrael instead of pushing it into the sea, so i guess that's a step in the right direction.
