Anyone come of the pil land hasnt have a peroid for a bit - im about a week late which is strange. I have done it before and came on as usual but this time nothing at all.

Yeah it's actually pretty common for periods to get screwy when going off (or back on) the pill. I would give it another couple days and then take a pregnancy test if you still have no flow. Try not to stress about it too much, because, like I'm sure you've already heard, stress can cause a delayed period as well. Best wishes.
sometimes, my period gets screwed up. i need to go back on the pill. my last period was so late, i thought i was going to skip it. scary.
My period used to be like old faithful. You could practically set your watch by it. Now the only thing reliable about it is that it's going to be a week or two late. I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep over a week, that's all.
