If Mikey were still around this would be very close, but its just not the same without him. Dont get me wrong- George is great and everything but his style is just too similar to so many other great guitarists of southern rock influence.

Mikey just had his own distinct style that was unmatchable.

Since his passing Panic's scene has attracted too many folks that arent really there for the music in the first place. the scene has just swelled up with too many frat boys. the music has tilted towards mainstream rock. The jams lack the depth that they used to. Most of the venues they play are just not exciting enough anymore and the lots SUCK! They are less of an original jam band these days than they were back when I was in high school. At a Panic concert these days I just get way too bored. I always find my self expecting something that never arrives and it irritates the hell out of me!

Cheese on the other hand has stayed true to their roots with the music they make and as a result their shows are still just as enjoyable as they were five years ago- For me.

    Cheese is the shit!
