Who's in California or Washington area? Our family is currently in So-Cal, but hopefully this time next year we WILL be in the Seattle area. Anyone go to the drum circles in Venice? I'm in socal, north hollywood (the valley) to be exact. I used to sell jewelry in venice, on the boardwalk, I still go for the drum circle sometimes, when you're going let me know and I'll try to make it :0) There's something going on in Culver City this friday, like a drum thing or something, that a friend called me about earlier, I have to call him back and I'll let you know what it is and all.
Hey, I'm in so-cal about half the year, whenever I'm not in school. (It's my home.) When I'm there I live in Malibu a lot of the time on this organic farm on PCH that I work at, and then I also stay at friend's places all over the LA area and with my parents in Woodland Hills (the valley). I've really been looking around hard to find some family in the area to say hey to so it's awesome to know that you're out there! I talked to Paix on this forum thing juuust before I left to come back to school a few weeks ago and she is the first I'd found. So now there are two! I'm way happy to hear from you. I don't have a drum; I've never drummed at Venice but I was planning on going anyway when I come back for Winter break in a week. I'll be around a whole month so I'm pretty excited. I was thinking of doing an organic potluck when I get back in Malibu, and maybe having this accompanying little shindig on the beach or something, so if you'd be into it you and your family (and you Molly!) are totally than invited to it, when it theoretically happens. I am located in southern california as well and would love to meet up with some fellow rainbows. I am in the newport laguna beach area. There are some drum circles on the beach in newport on sundays that are pretty cool. I would love it if anyone could send any information about any other get togethers in the area to me.
