Ok, i switched to drinking soy milk around august and began drinking it every day and totally took dairy milk out of my diet, i just cant stand milk. anyway, recently when i have had my regular drink of soy in the morning, afterwards my stomach started to cramp up a while later to the point where i was very uncomfortable. I tried this again the next day to make sure it wasnt something else i had and the same thing happened. Why has soy milk suddenly started to make me sick? i have been fine when i have had it before. and if i need to stop drinking my soy, i wont touch milk no matter what, so what is an alternative for me to get some kind of nutrients? all i drink now is water and tea. im just a bit confused, is there such thing as drinking too much soy?
rice milk & almond milk do a weeklong elim: no soy at all, any kind, add a single glass. still cramping? go for another substitute.
What brand are you drinking? Some people have a sensitivity to Carrageenan, and many major soy brands, including Silk, use it.
try beer!!! then again beer and weetbix don't really go do they!!! mmmmmm....scrumminmama's advice sounds sound!
almond milk rocks! i can only get blue diamonds brand thats REALLY sugary. i wish i could just get it plain.
