Wanting To Learn The Bamboo Flute

I do not have a musical bone in my body. The only thing I'm good at concerning music is listening to it. I can't read music or anything.

With all that said, I want to learn to play the Bamboo flute. Is it difficult? How do I go about teaching myself and learning?
