What exactly does he mean by off topic? Does he mean like no music or movies? I just think it's too bad that we have to watch our backs now about what we post or else get banned. Look what hipforums has become.

Well, I think it makes sense. This is the marijuana forum afterall. But I definitely think there needs to be some sort of leniency. I mean alot of those threads that are considered "off topic" pertain to what we like to do when we are high or whatever. Also, I don't think we should be banned for posting "off-topic" threads because most of the OP's of those threads just post those threads here because they are established visitors of the marijuana forums and just want to hear what their fellow stoners think about certain subjects that may or may not directly involve marijuana. I guess we'll see how it goes though.

exactly, i rarley post anywhere else on this forum, and i'd rather hear the opinions from people i have something in common with rather than 'that talk show host guy' as someone else put it...

 

I just think that its bs how one person (skip) can percieve something off-topic and all of us mj forum regulars might think its related to weed... but nope, he just goes strait to banning, no questions asked. I just think the administration on this site *cough* skip *cough* has gone off the deep end now...

 

In case someone didn't notice, this is the marijuana forum.

And anyone who doesn't like the rules here is certainly free to go elsewhere.
