Punk ass CHP took my weed and tried to make me pay $100

The police pulled me over and smelled the weed in my car. They searched my shit and found my half O. In california the law says possession of anything less than 28.5 grams is a misdemeanor charge with a max of a $100 fine for 1st time offenders. But I fought the possession charge and won. I told them I just brought the car and I never knew it was there. I really did buy the car recently. Too prove possession they need 3 things: 1)physical proof which is weed on you , 2) a useable amount and 3) proof of knowledge. They couldn't prove I knew it was there so I got off. But they took my weed.

 

what do you expect? of course they took your weed

 

That weak-ass excuse would NEVER fly here in Ohio. Kudos.

 

"Punk ass" cop? He did exactly what the law said he had to do, which is charge you and take your weed. Not that many people get off with just there weed getting taken, which is a pretty lucky break, yet you have the balls to actually BITCH about it? Hahaha!

 

Just be glad you didnt get ripped off 100 bills.
