if you could replace Geroge W Bush with a foreign head of state...

    ...who would you replace him with? Like GWB becomes the head of a foreign state and the head of that foreign state becomes the US president.

    as for myself, I would have George W Bush become the Chancellor of Germany while Angela Merkel becomes the US President.
