I don't think there's a way to terminate it without an abortion, if that's what you mean. If you have unprotected sex and are worried about consequences then you need to take the morning after pill, but immediately. There are herbs, i'm sure, to induce miscarriage but i would definately NOT recommend her doing this on her own, she could cause major damage to her reproductive system, and the chances are it won't work. Her options are to have the baby and keep it, have the baby and give it up for adoption, or terminate the pregnancy. She needs to go to a clinic or obgyn immediately, whatever her choice is. If she decides to terminate, she and your friend need to find a clinic that provides abortion services, most hospitals and regular female clinics don't. I don't know what the law is for underage abortion services, if she needs parental consent or what, maybe it's a state to state thing. If not, and they decide to terminate, i think the cost is less than 500 dollars and you have a certain window of time in which to do it. I would recommend you tell your friend not to wait to take action, no matter what their choice is. That's a shitty problem, i'm sorry. And not to be a nag, but if they did have sex unprotected then they don't seem mature and responsible enough to be having sex at all. I hope it works out for them though.
It is too late for her to get the morning-after pill (or Plan B, as it is so aptly named). First of all, she needs to find out whether she is definitely pregnant-stress can make a period late. I'm assuming from your post that she wants to have an abortion if she is indeed pregnant..The only way to do this safely is to go toa ob/gyn that performs abortions. Don't try any "home remedies", like falling down the stairs or pennyroyal tea-she needs to have this done safely. And while she's there, she should ask about going on BC if her partner is unwilling to use condoms.
