Looking for a groovy place to move! HELP

Hello,
I am looking for ideas on where to move to- I am really in need of some suggestions because I want to visit some places to check out whether I like them. What I am looking for:
Pleasant weather would be great (not too extreme);
Chill, friendly people;
Cultural things to do- arts, music
Somewhat affordable

Any suggestions?

Under the place named "sections" (on the left hand side), there is a section called "hippie havens". That lists a lot of neat places in the US and abroad that are considered hippie friendly. People have left comments on all of these places too, so there is a fair amount of information there.

For my part, I might suggest Asheville, NC...very pretty town with lots of alternative people....very laid back place...Good luck in your search!!
