    A single tear
    rolls down my cheek-
it's all I dare to cry.
    A single moan
    escapes my lips-
    a lost and lonesome sigh.
    A single thought
    runs through my mind-
it's the only thing I know.
    A single love
    I've had in my life-
and god, I miss him so.

I've read your series of poems and all of them are wrought with emotion, I liked this one because it's simplicity says so much, hope everything works out for you.

Thank you. I think I'll always miss him, but like all things, time has healed a lot of the rawness of it.
