Difference Between Indica and Sativa Highs

I was just wondering, whats the difference between a good Indica high and a good Sativa high?

And also, which do you prefer?

(due to cannabinoid/thc ratios)indica's give you heavy,narcotic couchlock highs while sativa highs are more up, energetic and cerebral..

personally, i like a balance of both.. a good head high with fast thoughts and a body bake

 

i love sativa dominant strains, caus i love the active mind.

sativa - high
indica - stoned

that does mean that if you say your stoned, youve had indica and if u say yur high, youve had sativa, thats jsut an easy way to remember waht the effects are.
