Yopo contains DMT, 5-Meo-DMT, and Bufotenine(5-Ho-DMT).

yeah, thats the problem....many DMT bearing plants also contain similar compounds such as 5-MeO-DMT in varying ratios

"Up to 7.4% bufotenine has been found in seeds of A. peregrina var. peregrina, only 0.04% 5-MeO-DMT and 0.16% DMT; 12.4% bufotenine in A. colubrina var. Cebil, with but 0.06% and traces of both tryptamines, respectively. Seven studies of 15 samples of Anadenanthera snuffs likewise showed bufotenine to be the only tryptamine present in significant amounts (up to 2.67%, with only traces of 5-MeO-DMT and DMT)"

here is a little more info. One of the entries is a firsthand account. Hope this helps. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/3724351

mimosa hostilis root bark has a pretty high concentration of DMT, but you would have to make mimosahuasca with it. Mimosahuasca is mimosa hostilis root bark prepared as a tea and then combined with a MAOI, such as syrian rue seeds.

All "natural" or plant sources of any ethnogen is composed of mixtures of active and ingredients. That is what gives each one it's own special and unique identity.

Yes, Mimosa is a potent source of DMT, we have n stock but not yet on the site some purple/pink mimosa ..this material consists of the inner bark where all the goodness lays so is much more potent per weight. PM me if you are interested..it's not yet on the site but will be soon, it is in stock though.

There is a leaf Desmanthes cabraneres or something like that (it's spelled WAY wrong but looks something like that) that supposedly contains more n,n than the mimosa if I recall correctly. There is a tryptamine faq on erowid I think in there it says test results of alkaloid content. I think most people go for mimosa though because of all the extracts on the net that deal with it, and FWIU (I'm no chemist) you don't need to really de-fat the mimosa when doing an extraction. I did huasca before with that leaf, syrian rue, and mimosa. Tasted like puke. As if I was stranded in a desert, puked in a bucket, then later reconsumed the puke for hydration. Bogus.

Also, watch out for bunk mimosa, ask around about the supplier and RECENT purchases. There was a huge amount of bunk going around.

^^yes. mimosa is very easy to extract. good for beginers trying to make yage. i tried it once with some rue and had one of the most incredlible trips of my life. DEFINETLY worth trying.
but as 2cearewild said....some mimosa is bunk..just have to have trial and error

First off I am kind of a plant guy. I have always dug (no pun intended) working with natural sources and wild things. The plant refered to above is dismanthus illionensis (forgive the spelling). It grows wild and prolifically here in the midwest. It is EXTREMELY easy to ID when it has developed seeds...I mean it stands out in the ditches all over. I have extracted at that stage and got just about zilch. When in flower, however, well just say its in there. You have to dig and dig deep to get the root. Clean the mud, dirt and muck off of them and then pound the roots with a hammer or other tool on a hard surface to loosen the root bark. Peel that and let it dry, then grind and then.....

Yeah man cane toads seem to contain a generous amount of 5-Meo-Dmt I just don't know if the "milking" process is very safe for the toad though.
