1) Encrypted 2) Binary file Its most likely encrypted because binary files usually have small patterns that this one fails to show. If its encrypted tell us what program accesses the data.
It's binary instruction. There's no reading it. It's virtually nonsensical and cannot be interpreted by a human by any means. Probably the result of a program trying to take the binary instructions and display it as text.
i dont think notepad is the correct program for using/viewing this type of file. what is the file extension?
get a decompiler then see , but it still wont make any real sense to you unless you can code whatever language its in....
