I was sitting in my basement today using a brainwave frequency that actually put you in the mind set and can make you astral project. I had listened to it alot but only got relaxation,vibrations,feeling of something inside me trying to jump but not making it. But today I was listening to it and had my eyes closed and I herd a "RRRIIIIPP" and my vision went completely black and I felt something so strange I opened my eyes immediatly and my body started to sort of panic. Did I actually disconnect for a split second? Cuz Im almost %100 sure I did,it felt so odd I really wanna become astral I think I may try that everyday. I kept getting feelings of something trying to seperate but whenever It happens my leg, back or neg starts to somewhat twitch, and sometimes my eyelids too when I feel that whats supposed to be your third eye or something, the pressure/quick moving feeling you get inbetween your eyes.
hiya... i have trouble with this.. i find it very annoying. It's so much more fun and painless to be travlleing as mist around space and time. but i wqish i could just stay in my body for a much more 'grounded' experience of life.
If you can get into a totally relaxed state before attempting, like if you use deep progressive muscle relaxtation and get to the theta/delta state of your brain waves where you're almost asleep, you can get your body to go completely numb, and when you get close your body won't twitch or you won't feel it if it does, then it should be easier to get out. Also I usually meditate for at least an hour before starting, it helps with your focus what kind of brainwave frequency are you using?
somebody made it on brainwave generator called Astral ! NEVER FAIL! and within 8 to 10 minutes your hands and feet start vibrating as if they where falling asleep. And at around 15 minutes you get the feeling in your legs. You supposed to set it to only go for 20 minutes but after it turns off it just doesnt do anything but make you go back to your same mind state, Ill go look for the present and post a li nk here.
