I put hands and feet. I can do so many things with my feet. I drive with my feet sometimes and I pick stuff up with my feet, too!
I would like to have the upper hand, but all the under handed people seem to get the upperhand. lol...I know, tis a bad j/k but I truly couldn't resist!
I am right handed but have the strange life of being almost totally surrounded by lefties. I think the odds are against that. I am the minority among all those closest to me, family and friends both. when we go out to eat I have to sit so I don't bump elbows with the lefties. I do drive a stick shift car though, and almost always have, so I have to use all hands and feet to drive.
same. here with the lettereing bit. I was originally left-handed, but since everything in our society (the way people walk, drive, open doors, write, read, use faucets, type, and even think) it is hard to stay completely left handed since it is by far the minority. A sort of mutation technically. Most left handed people turn out at least sort of ambidextrouse. I still don't know which way is batting left handed and which is right because it never really mattered to me. Left handed people tend (since it is a mutation) to carry other strange identifying traits as well and also tend to be either mentally or physically disabled, or very gifted in some way. Of course, we're also more likely to die in car crashes, in burning buildings, and get penalized for our papers being illegible, and flack from people because the pinky finger on our left hand is covered with weird silvery shit. I do delicate things like write and draw with my left hand. I do things that take strength with my right like throw or open jars. Therefore, I am not sure what that makes me (grin)
I was born a lefty but don't remember being that way. When I was about 3 yrs old I burnt my left hand on an iron. And refused to use it for anything for a couple of years. So I became a righty. Over time I've learned to use both hands for almost everything. I still have to write with my right hand ( along with most small motor skills.) As at 22 my left hand is still scarred to the point that it dosen't quite move as easily.
