then you'll need to get something in hardcopy. the internet is a good resource, but if you're serious about learning about something, the internet is ONLY a starting point.
from smoking opium? its a probable outcome, if its really good and you smoke a lot of it. after all, people often puke from opiates in general. it would not at all be something unusual enough to disbelieve it...but as for being a "usual" response, i wouldn't say that it is for MOST people. you're more likely to puke from insufflated, injected, or orally administered opiates. injection goes too fast and you could likely overdo it before you knew, and it's supposed to hit you like a ton of bricks. insufflation also hits hard from what i understand, and then you have to add the gross drip to the nauseating properties of opiates in general. while injection happens too fast and leads to sickness, oral administration can lead to sickness by taking too long to hit you, and accidentally taking more than you can actually handle. smoking takes effect rather quickly as i hear, but you can't get the same dosages in one hit that you can in one injection or by insufflation. it would stand to reason that among all the common routes of administration for opiates, it would be easiest for a relatively inexperienced person to judge their dosage when smoking, so long as they dont just smoke a lot of it really quickly. personally, i haven't smoked good opium, i've only ever gotten fake shit or stuff i extracted from pods which had very little effect when smoked by itself, so i couldnt say for sure. but i can tell you that of all the times i've done opiates and really felt it (oral administration each time) if i didnt throw up i was pretty close most times...
