    i have heard that a lot, but as I am a veggie i do not eat fish, but I used to quite a bit, and i feel i am getting, like, dumber? :p

    hemp seeds is better for you, more balanced omegas. shit dont matter much anyway though, its the love you got in your heart unless your a raw foodist who eats pure nutrition and your living high as nature intended.

    bilby, i meant to ask you in our last discussion... you said you embrace whole foods, where do you do your food shopping? hemp seeds+oil are in all health food stores here. also important to be careful of what fish you eat, some have chemicals from the water which they come from(mercury, lead, etc..), and some are even endangered and have dwindling populations in certain places.

    yeah i use an omega supplement made from flax sed and veggie capsules......also i take gotu kola and ginkgo......before i was a veggie i pretty much only ate fish, but now i feel better cause i dont get any saturated fat really.

    or you could eat quinoa ..its a grain, like rice has omega 3,6, and 9 in it

    oh cool i have heard of quino but i didnt realize that it was good for the omegas....thanks for the tip mayn

    All things high in omega-3 fatty acids are considered brain foods. Nuts and seeds are probably better for you than fish. Some medical group tested 100 grams worth of salmon and found just over 300 toxins. sorry i can't remember the name of the group, i'll try get a hold of the text book from the library again and tell ya.
