when u began listening to zep

my first experience with zep was when my x played how manymore times on his guitar and i instntly fell in love with the sound and wanted more...i got led zeppelin 1 as my first albm soon followed by early days etc....

 

i found out led zepp (can t remember how)when my father died which is 1999.from then on now i m never bored of them.they are my PASSÝON!

 

I've known "BLACK DOG", "ROCK'N'ROLL", and "STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN" since I was little. But then my dad gave me the greatest hits 4disc box set in 2002.

I haven't stopped listening to LED ZEPPELIN since then. If I wasn't monotheistic, they would be my gods!

My fave song right now is "GOING TO CALIFORNIA"

 

I've been listening to Zepp. since i was a tot. Zeppelin is me mum's favorite band, i'd have to say she's a bit more in love with them than i am. The first song I can remember hearing is Celebration Day, and since then my love for them has been growing. I have every CD/Tape/A-Track/Vinyl they have ever put out. Their music is just so beautiful, and i guess i just can't get enough of them. But i'll stop rambling now.

 

not too long ago actually. between 6mnths-a year ago.

 

wel yeh cos 4/four symbols was the only album of theres that my mum had lol but then my friend got me into the rest

 

My listening of Led Zeppelin started when my best friend would play stairway to heaven on his guitar...then i starte listening to the real thing. its great.

 

I knew "Stairway" and "Rock and Roll" and thats what i knew as a child, then starting around maybe 2 years ago I heard "Tangerine" and "Since I've Been Lovin You" at a friends house and thought "I MUST OWN THIS ALBUM" (yes, I think in caps)

So now Zeppelin III is still probably my favorite.

Then I listened to my mom's old vinyl of "Physical Graffiti" and adored it.

Now I have every single Zeppelin album. Go Me.

Never really listened to them but used to do some oddjobs for their manager.

i was 8. but it was a secret i liked them. for various reasons.

 

Really!!? For Peter Grant? What kind of jobs? Did you do them for Led Zeppelin?

 

I'm glad you discovered them! When I first discovered them, I listened to them non-stop. Black Dog got me into Led Zeppelin.

 

When l was 11 when l start secondary school around 79/80. All the old kids used to be walking around with long hair and Led zep written on their books and bags. I bought Led Zep 2 and by the first chorus of Whole Lotta Love it was all over. Seen Plant and Page numerous times since. Will see Palnt in 2 weeks again.

 

I've been a fan since I was little, when I discovered my parents' collection of Zep CDs.

 

Quite recently, only in the last year... *hangs head in shame*
