Whoa... take it easy Maggie Sugar... just because someone doesn't support hate crime legislation and affirmative action doesn't mean that hes a racist. Its not that simple... usually.

Personally I am aginst hate crime legislation, I don't feel a persons motives should affect sentencing. All violent crimes are hate crimes. I do Support affirmative action, because through centuries of oppresion, the african american community has suffered. hell I also support reperations... Lets give any black people who can prove that their fore fathers were slaves 15 acres of land and a couple sheep or whatever was promised to 'em.

 

Why is everyone here talking about a deficit? We've always had a deficit. It's higher now because we are in a war. What'd you expect? The tax cuts and the deficit have nothing to do with each other.

 

we haven't always had a defecit, we had a surplus 4 years ago... still a huge debt though... thats Government for ya.
