personaly i dont tihnk schools should have that right i already know about that i was busted for drinking in "school" becasue somehow my firends house on the other side of town on a saturday is "school" and my dad lets me drink also last time i check my father is not school IM REALY PISSED WITH THESE LAWS,the school dont even know me im a name on a peice of paper they dont "love"me, for fuck sakes my princepal though my name was nick and that i was in a emo band even tho i fucking talked to him at summer school for about an hour so i could be able to be on hydrocodone during the school day cause i had surgery and was in pain i also talked to him everyday after summer school cause he kept asking me if i was doing ok, the schools are bullshit, having drugs in school is one thing, he had them one him in school but they didnt know that the whole problem started OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL there for it SHOULD NOT BE ANY OF THEIR CONSERN, now if the school caught him smoking weed on SCHOOL GROUNDS THATS SCHOOL GROUNDS NOT AT HOME,thats a different story i know the laws and there bullshit,ALOT of people agree with me.sorry im pissed and i like capital letters and qoutes.also he said the school gives out money to narcs jesus FUCKING christ,ever heard of double jepardy (not the game show)you cant be tryed for the same crime twice realy schools fucking dance on what the US is founded on and fucking basic human right DAMN IT this world is too fucked up it just makes me want to cry even the US dances around its self

I think your best bet is to blame the Parpahenilia on your mom. Afterall, there is no physical evidence linking you to it, and your mom was the one who brought it to school, you could probably pin it on her in a court-room.
The dime bag you're stuck with, unless you can claim that the seach was unlawful (did you protest? were your parents in the room at the time?).
Hell, if you really want to be a bitch you can get custody recinded from your parents for corrupting you, and either face the hell hole that is foster care, or if you are lucky gain emancipation.
But, that whole "mom brought the bong to school thing" is kinda blowing my mind, my mom would never, ever do anything like that because although she doesn't condone my MJ usage, she wouldn't want to oh, say, destroy any chance i'd ever have of recieving federal money to go to college.

The moral of the story: his mother should have handled these things outside of school. Granted, She was probably pretty confused, but made the WRONG decision. The complete total WRONG decision for lots of reasons. Getting in trouble at home with your parents is a lot different than getting in trouble with the LAW. Appealing to the law against family for something like this is absolutely ridiculous. Great way to alienate your child from you.

This is a perfect example of how FUCKED up society is right now.

 

Thank You for the people who agree my mom didn't take the right action in this situation. My mom is CRAZY! Oh, yea I went to the meeting today and I have to talk to someone tommorow about what I can do with my life and set some rules so I can go back to school on tuesday, Now through my senior year I have to do a activity that has to do with school(extra curecular or w/e) and they can randomly search and drug test me, they made me sign a paper agreeing to that so I can go back to school. still this is soooo much bullshit. And I perticularly agree with 2cesarewild, Thank you.

 

Yea, my school has that too, but they are giving me more chances since i'm only 15 and this is my first time getting caught. But my friend got caught with seeds and stems and got expelled and I was smoking with him in the woods when we came out he got caught, lol

 

Like I said it dosn't matter if it should be legal because right now it isn't and if we don't follow the rules there a consequences. He fucked up and brought pot to school AND BRAGGED. Society is fucked, I never said it wasn't, If I could I would legalize pot.I also AGREED that his mom didn't make the best choice.
