Denver, did it leagalize mary jane? I was told the poles were 53 to 47 that mary jane is less harmfull then alcohol, If so one up for the hippies!
it is now legal in denver for someone 21 and over to have up to an ounce of pot on them. although this law conflicts with federal law so state troopers will still be able to arrest people(but state troopers usually are highways and interstates not the city)
Technicly, I've heard that its the local cops that will be following state laws to prosecute, not state cops following federal. I still dont understand why a local cop will enforce a state law rather than the law from the local community that pays his salary, but then again, they'll do anything to fight a democratic vote that they dont like.
IDK. Most cops, well, most city cops seem to think that prosecuting someone for MJ is pointless, and that they have more important things to do.
I will be out there within three days so I will find out from the locals. I am going to ski the winter and smoke. Anyone need a ride to colorado just going through tennessee right now have another couple days til I get to Colorado. Well Peace all and ski a great winter. Ps. I am going to the council gathering for the rainbow first in colorado it should be fun. I havent had anything to do with the rainbow in 5 years. I settled down and am ready to hit the horizon again.
