Whats the best method for short term(3-4 months) acid storage. I keep getting 12 different opinions from 10 people on the subject. ;) Whats the low down?

just keep it out of direct sunlight, actually any light just put it in a ziplock baggie make sure its sealed tight and there is no air inside and store it in a cool dark place high temperatures and sunlight will cause the lsd to gradually deteriorate and lose potency

store it on tin foil, put it in a plastic bag, seal it with all the air out, and keep it in your freezer

    Spice container - Freezer.

You could also lock it in a vial with Co2 and nitrogen...If you want..

I've never had a reason to store LSD, because I know that it can degrade quite rapidly into INACTIVE forms. However, PurpleGel and Grapefruity are on the right track, or close enough.

Since Dr. Albert Hofmann discovered LSD and is regarded as "the world's best organic chemist", I think what he wrote would be most definative, as an answer to your question of "storing LSD":

"LSD is very sensitive to air and light. It is oxidatively destroyed by the oxygen in the air and is transformed into an inactive substance under the influence of light. This must be taken into account during the synthesis and especially during the production of stable, storable forms of LSD." Pg.72

"Only in completely oxygen-free ampules protected from light is LSD absolutely stable." Pg.72

"But LSD preparations often found on the black market - LSD that has been applied in solution onto sugar cubes or blotting paper - decompose in the course of weeks or a few months." Pgs.72-73

LSD MY PROBLEM CHILD By ALBERT HOFMANN (DISCOVERER OF LSD), J.P. TARCHER, INC., L.A./St. Martins Press, NY, 1983.

BASICALLY: NO AIR (OXYGEN). NO LIGHT. PERIOD.

In 3 months your LSD would be pretty much INACTIVE, unless stored in a completely oxygen-free ampule and stored in complete darkness, or a very opaque container. An alternative would be to safely wrap your tripping material in a opaque wrapping and then use a FOOD SAVER (vucuum bag sealer), then label and freeze it. I couldn't guarantee results, but you have to try some kind of experiments to see what ACTUALLY WORKS.

    Peace out. Trip out.
