Hello again. Still no dreads here. I was just wondering if anyone here has heard of the "hair police" they do dreads and dread extensions. I believe they use the back combing method and they actually tie a string around the dread. Do you guys think they tie the string around the top of the dread at the root or all they way down the dread. Maybe no one here has heard of them. I am weighing out my options here, I have pretty straight hair (Not pretty as in nice, but as in "very" straight) and a job where I kinda have to "appear" neat. I would love to beable to let my hair dread on it's own, but right now, I'm not sure it is an option. There's no hair police gathering (or whatever it is they do) around here any time soon, but there is a lady near where I live who has been trained by the hair police people to make dreads and I'm thinking about making an appointment with her to do it. GOD, this is a long post of saying nothing! I apologize for my wandering thoughts, I'm just wondering if I should invest in an appointment, or if I should just get a friend to do them.
