If i have made a statement that i smoked in the last week and my PO has no physical evidence of my pee or a document only that i said i smoked can i still get in shit for what i said? I can take some pills that can clean out my system before the next time they pee test me which is probably in a week. If i am clean and they dont have physical evidence can i just lie about what i said about me smoking and get away with it? Please help me quick. Thanks

Your PO can basically do what he wants... It doesn't necessarily mean it will hold up in court.... I'm not sure exactly what your situation is though... Do you have a suspended sentence?? What consequences are you looking at?? Violation charge? Rehab?
This is just my opinion...But your PO can do what he wants as far as failing or not failing the contract. It's not a matter of right or wrong, and it's not a matter of illegal or legal. Good luck
uhh... behave 'til you are off? I'm on good behaviour because I have applications out. It's my choice to pass the test (if any, hopefully I won't work for paranoid freaks, but it is sort of governmental in organization) and get a better gig for my life energy use. I can celebrate after the test. or find something that doesn't show in the type of test.
