Alright this week has been hell on my feet. The flips flops Ive worn for two summers for some reason gave me blisters between my toes, in an effort to rest them I switched to a pair of sandles I never wear that gave me blisters on the tops of my feet(like six small blisters at least). And to top it all off the blind fell out of my window and crashed onto my poor lil toes living the middle three all bruised and cut.

is there anything I can do to speed up the blister healing or to help my smashed toes they hurt something crazy...also the blisters between my big toe and the ummm pointer toe ;) burns .... is there any help for my piggies or do I havta just tuff it out?

    Thanks
    Sasha

Screw the shoes, just go barefoot.

Yeppers.... your feet will be a lot healthier if you stay barefoot more frequently. You won't have to deal with any painful blisters from your shoes, the muscles in your feet will get stronger, and it's much cheaper. :) Also, your likelyhood of getting Athletes foot and other fungi significantly decreases, almost completely, since they can't survive in dry, airy places... it gets really moist and gross in your shoes, and that promotes their growth.

Anyway, try staying barefoot as much as possible. It takes a couple weeks to get used to, but I think you'll be a lot happier. :)

If you can't go barefoot, get a pair of Birkenstock sandals.. the sandals not the shoes... nothign is better for your feet! They are all I can stand to wear, even when I have blisters and stuff.

Have you tried soaking your feet in warm water with epsom salt in it? 2 cups of epsom salt to a pan of warm water is what I use, it helps a lot. I just soak my feet until the water goes cold.

After that, one thing you can do is wrap some gauze around each blistered toe and tape it, it helps to prevent further rubbing of the area.. but you need to change it 2 or 3 times a day to keep it nice and dry in there.

I also like to put some pain relief neosporin in mine sometimes.

    thanks :)
my toes are feeling much better...I do go barefoot all the time except for when Im out or walking which is what caused the blisters cause I walked to a local festival like everyday for about 9 days and its about a half hr walk one way...so yeah thats what killed my feet.

But thanks so much for the help.
