Hello all! My name is Natasha, but you can call me Tasha. I'm 19 years old right now in this life heh...I love to write and sing. I'm a huuuuge film fanatic. My dad introduced me to Lennon from the moment I was born and I just love the way the music makes me feel. My fiance and I are hoping to start a revolution with music to give this generation a boost! Yea, we're optimistic...heh I hope to meet great people on this!
Hi there Tasha and a Hippie Lover to boot…. Yeah, being optimistic is seeing the glass half full, I consider myself to be a realist. Singing, Writing, and Mary Jane defiantly go along with being a college student, lol. When do you find the time to study? Yes, the hippie culture is fascinating; it’s all about respect for ones self and all that surrounds you, it's not about revolution. John was my favorite too; every December 8th I light a candle for him. I’m glad that you found us. Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found "The Hip Forums" myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to "Flame" you, that just isn’t tolerated here (unless it’s necessary) lol. We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes... From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile. Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR Here's a "She Loves Me - She Loves Me Not" Flower for you and your fiancée. Quote: Dorothy Parker She was asked by an annoying guest at a party if she had ever had her ears pierced? She replied, "No, but I have often had them bored."
Hey Tasha, I'm a big John Lennon fan myself...*sigh* I always cry at the end of the documentary "Imagine"--and I'm not really a cry-er. I'm glad that you have big dreams to change the world. I wish more people did. I hope you're successful in sparking young minds. Music can really do that if you're good at it. Welcome, by the way.
