Hey everybody. I just wanted to introduce myself. my name is gabrielle im 16. I love to be happy and have fun. My best moments are when im with a group of friend around a camp fire with someone playing a guitar. My music choise is classic rock (beatles, stones, Jimi Hendrix, are a few favorites). I believe in peace and hope that enough people can come together to help create it someday.
HELLOOOOOO!!!! Welcome to the forums As you have some more time, come to see the pals in chatroom as well, I hope you will enjoy us as much we do enjoy you PEACE!
Hi there Gabrielle, such a beautiful name. We all love to be happy and have fun and it’s really groovy to meet a free spirited young hippie as youself. Where is Shippensburg , it sounds like somewhere in Pennsylvania? We’re glad to have you join us here on, "The Hip Forums." Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found "The Hip Forums" myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to "Flame" you, that just isn’t tolerated here (unless it’s necessary) lol. We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes... From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile. Peace, Love & Great Big Hugs, DDR Here is a magic "Red Flower" for your hairtake it with you on your journeys and your bound to receive smiles and fellowship from others you happen to meet along your path to self awareness. I've posted this several times in the past, but here it is again, because you introduced yourself as a, "Free Spirited Young Hippie." On Being A Hippie First let me clear up a few misconceptions about what a Hippie is. Long hair does not make a Hippie. Clothes don't make a Hippie and the use of drugs definitely doesn't make you a Hippie. Being a Hippie has nothing to do with being rebellious. Native Americans would say it's "Tafunka" (a way of life). It's a matter of respect. Respect for others and their rights to be who they are. Respect for the Earth and all that dwell on it. Mostly it's a respect for yourself. Allowing yourself to be who you are. Search the inner you, deep inside your heart, the answers are there if you just listen. You just might be suprised what you might find. Two paths diverge in a woods, I take the path less traveled and that made all the difference, it's up to you to chose. Peace, DDR It's always good to have some groovy tunes around the campfire. I have a fire ring at my home by the lake and I always play guitar whenever we have a gathering. As a matter of fact I play mostly, "Classic Rock." Here I am now playing some just for you.
Hello Gabrielle Welcome, we are happy to have you here. It seems to me that weve got couple of things in common i love the camp fire, guitar and the Beatles too, lol. hope to see ya around soon E.
Hi. I hope you enjoy it here. I've been on and off the site for the past few hours, and I really find it quite nice..more so than I thought I would. It's lovely getting things you don't expect. Good going with The Beatles. I love them. Listening to "Here Comes The Sun" this very moment...
